📋 Description

• Drive scalable adoption of ElevenLabs’ AI platforms—ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative—across corporate and midmarket customers in LATAM, focusing on accelerating time-to-value for core use cases without customizing solutions per account.
• Serve as the primary product expert for the full ElevenLabs platform, staying ahead of new releases and enabling both basic and complex use cases through deep technical understanding—without writing code or owning accounts directly.
• Build and deliver standardized implementation processes, onboarding tracks, self-serve content, and adoption playbooks that can be deployed at scale across a high-volume customer base.
• Proactively audit customer configurations, prompts, and feature setups to identify adoption gaps and deliver actionable, value-add recommendations that increase product usage and retention.
• Track, analyze, and report on leading and lagging adoption metrics in partnership with Revenue Operations, using data trends to refine strategies and develop data-driven playbooks for the LATAM region.
• Design and execute targeted adoption campaigns including regional live workshops, webinars, and training sessions aligned with product launches or customer opportunity signals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.
• Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support regional GTM goals and contribute to global adoption outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, build scalable systems, and enhance efficiency in adoption enablement—embedding AI-first thinking into all aspects of the role.
• Maintain deep familiarity with voice AI, TTS, and conversational AI technologies, applying this expertise to guide customers through technical implementation challenges.
• Operate with autonomy in a high-velocity environment where impact is measured by outcomes, not job titles, and where no task is beneath or above the role.
• Adapt quickly as the scope of this newly created role evolves, taking ownership of emerging responsibilities that drive adoption at scale.
• Ensure all materials, communications, and engagements are delivered in the local language of the region where the role is based.
• Utilize co-working stipends and annual social travel stipends to maintain connection with global teams while operating remotely.
• Participate in annual company offsites to align with global teams and contribute to company-wide strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• A track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
• Extremely analytical: identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities, or standardize best practices; proactively identify untracked data points that could change strategy
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM
• Must speak the local language of the region where this role is based (Mexico, Argentina, Europe, Singapore, Australia, Middle East, India, North America)
