- • As a Manager, Ad Tech Solutions at Jellyfish, you will serve as a critical platform specialist within the Partnership team, ensuring seamless onboarding, optimization, and support for clients using Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools including DV360, CM360, and SA360. Your expertise will directly impact campaign performance, client satisfaction, and the agency’s ability to deliver data-driven, innovative digital advertising solutions that align with client business goals.
- • You will resolve technical platform inquiries via the ticketing system, manage end-to-end account setup and implementation tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic insights and holistic advertiser solutions. By maintaining SLAs, producing high-quality documentation, and partnering with Business Development, you will strengthen client relationships and contribute to revenue growth through proactive, solution-oriented support.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in an agency environment, preferably working with digital advertising platforms or client-facing ad tech roles
- • Expertise in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns across DV360, SA360, and CM360, including user access, creative approvals, floodlight tagging, and audience creation
- • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and use market trends to inform campaign strategy and business decisions
- • Excellent business writing and communication skills, capable of producing clear, professional documents and engaging clients via written, phone, and in-person channels
- • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, organized manner while managing competing priorities and adapting to new technologies or methodologies
