- • As an Advertising Designer at PLAUD AI INC., you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and performance of advertising campaigns tailored for the Japanese market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building the world’s most trusted AI work companion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing banner ads and in-feed creatives for major platforms such as X Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Display, and LINE Ads; localizing global visual assets to resonate with Japanese audiences through culturally attuned layout, color, and typography choices; and rapidly producing A/B test variants based on performance data like CTR and CVR to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- • You will join a fast-growing, globally oriented startup headquartered in San Francisco with operations in Tokyo, backed by strong traction—reaching $250M in annual revenue within three years of founding—and committed to innovation, data-driven design, and continuous learning in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in fine arts, visual communication design, or a related field
- • Professional experience in advertising design for major domestic or international platforms (e.g., X Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Display, LINE Ads)
- • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- • Strong initiative, communication skills, and project execution ability in fast-paced environments
- • Ability to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
