- • As an Advisory Solution Director for the Salesforce Practice at Acxiom, you will drive strategic growth and new logo business in the Financial Services industry, focusing on Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management sub-verticals.
- • You will lead solution strategy sessions, opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposal presentations, and SOW negotiations with C-level stakeholders, while managing the full sales cycle from strategy to implementation.
- • You will collaborate with Salesforce account executives, ecosystem partners, and internal teams (advisory, engineering, delivery, marketing) to develop go-to-market strategies and close new business opportunities.
- • You will build long-term strategic relationships within the Financial Services ecosystem, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and position Acxiom as a trusted thought leader by staying informed on emerging industry trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales or account executive experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services
- • 3+ years of experience working with Financial Services clients across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management
- • Proven experience selling Salesforce Platform and related industry solutions, including Financial Services Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities across multiple clouds, including Financial Services Cloud
- • Exceptional consultative selling and strategic solutioning skills with experience engaging executive-level audiences
