• • Technical Account Manager role focused on supporting strategic clients in Germany with deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to drive AI success through the Dataiku platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with customers and internal teams to identify priorities, managing project milestones, serving as a central technical point of contact, providing hands-on support across platform architecture, deployments, upgrades, security, ML-Ops, and troubleshooting technical challenges while capturing feedback for product teams.
