Senior Enterprise Account Executive

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Motorola Solutions, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing strategic enterprise deals in Brazil, contributing directly to the company’s mission of building safer communities through innovative security and resilience technologies.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute annual sales territory plans, conduct 4+ new prospect meetings weekly, manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead qualification to contract signing, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams, and report progress weekly, monthly, and quarterly to regional leadership.
• • You will join Noggin, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary and leader in enterprise resilience and security management, operating within a global, close-knit community dedicated to protecting people, property, and places through integrated cloud-based safety technologies.
• • In this role, you will sharpen your strategic account planning, enterprise sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills while achieving high-value deals in a target-driven environment, positioning yourself for advancement into senior sales leadership or regional management roles.
