📋 Description

• • The Advocate Marketing Specialist will design and deliver meaningful experiences that strengthen connection and community among Solace advocates, directly supporting the company’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes by empowering patient advocates.
• • Day to day, the role involves planning, promoting, and executing virtual and in-person advocate community programs, designing engagement initiatives, managing end-to-end event logistics (budgeting, vendors, contracts, on-site execution), analyzing program metrics, and serving as the primary stakeholder contact.
• • Solace Corporation is a Series C healthcare technology startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital firms, with a lean, mission-driven U.S.-based team focused on redefining patient advocacy through expert support and tools that cut through healthcare complexity.
• • In this role, the person will develop expertise in community-building for advocate networks, gain hands-on experience scaling programs in a high-growth startup, and learn how to measure and optimize engagement and retention through data-informed event strategies.
