• • The Organic Growth organization is the engine driving Kraken's compounding and durable user growth. This dynamic team integrates Search Engine Optimization (SEO), App Store Optimization (ASO), and Content strategies, working collaboratively with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, and Brand departments. • • As the AEO Content Strategist, you will be the pivotal link within this organization, instrumental in shaping the future of our content strategy. You will own the entire pipeline of AI-generated content briefs, serving as the crucial bridge between advanced AI intelligence and actionable, high-quality content programs that scale across all product pods and regional markets.
• • This role is not about writing content; it is fundamentally about program management, strategic oversight, and applying keen editorial judgment. You will operate at the exciting intersection of automation, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationship management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every content brief originating from the AEO team is sharp, accurate, regionally relevant, and strategically aligned with Kraken's growth objectives.
• • You will be an integral part of a lean, high-leverage team that embodies a startup mentality. Leveraging Claude-powered workflows to manage volume, your critical role will be to provide the essential quality layer that automation alone cannot replicate. This involves a deep understanding of AI output and the ability to refine and perfect it.
• • Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end pipeline for AI-generated content briefs, meticulously reviewing, editing, and approving Claude-generated briefs before they are distributed. This ensures the highest quality standards are met, acting as the indispensable human oversight for AI-generated content.
• • You will be tasked with translating complex AEO data, citation metrics, and AI visibility performance into clear, concise, and actionable language. This insight will be shared with product pod leads and regional marketing managers, enabling them to make informed decisions and execute effective content strategies.
• • Serving as the primary point of contact between the AEO team and product pod leads, you will cultivate trusted, collaborative working relationships with regional marketing managers across the globe. This involves running effective briefing sessions, onboarding new pods to established AEO workflows, and developing comprehensive enablement resources.
• • These resources will empower non-SEO stakeholders to better understand and act upon AI visibility data, fostering a more informed and integrated approach to content creation across the company.
• • You will be responsible for establishing and rigorously maintaining quality standards for all AEO content output. This includes proactively identifying and flagging compliance-sensitive content for thorough editorial review before it reaches product pods, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and brand guidelines.
• • Continuous monitoring of the accuracy of AI-generated briefs against Profound intelligence data and Ahrefs research is essential. You will use this feedback loop to continuously improve prompt inputs and content templates, optimizing the AI's output over time.
• • Tracking the brief delivery cadence across various pods and regions will be a key performance indicator. You will report on pipeline health to the Director and proactively escalate strategic AEO opportunities to leadership, contributing to high-level decision-making.
• • Furthermore, you will support regional localization workflows, collaborating closely with other AEO team members to enhance overall workflow outputs and systematically reduce manual review load, thereby increasing efficiency and scalability.
