- • Own the end-to-end affiliate acquisition strategy for Hostinger’s entire product portfolio—web hosting, website builder, VPS, domains, and Horizons—across 150 markets, driving both inbound applications and proactive outbound prospecting.
- • Prospect, qualify, and recruit new affiliate partners from diverse verticals (tech bloggers, e-learning creators, coupon sites, SaaS reviewers, YouTubers, and niche communities), mapping each segment to the most relevant Hostinger product and local market opportunity.
- • Run competitor intelligence sprints weekly: scrape, benchmark, and reverse-engineer rival programs’ positioning, commission tiers, cookie windows, and creative libraries, then translate insights into differentiated pitches that win partners over.
- • Build and continuously refine a scalable onboarding machine: automated email sequences, self-serve asset portals, first-30-day activation campaigns, and milestone-based incentive ladders that lift activation rates above industry benchmarks.
- • Be the face of Hostinger to new affiliates—conduct discovery calls, negotiate bespoke commission structures, and co-create launch campaigns that align with their audience and your quarterly OKRs.
- • Manage a robust outreach pipeline in HubSpot and MixMax: craft hyper-personalized sequences, A/B test subject lines and CTAs, and iterate until reply rates exceed 30 % and meeting-to-signup conversion hits 50 %.
- • Analyze partner performance data daily in TUNE, CJ, Impact, or Partnerize dashboards; identify top 10 % performers for deeper collaboration and bottom 20 % for rescue experiments or graceful off-boarding.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and Design teams to produce localized creatives, seasonal promos, and exclusive coupon codes that affiliates can deploy within 24 hours of request.
- • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual affiliate-driven revenue; present findings and next-step experiments to senior leadership during bi-weekly growth reviews.
- • Stay ahead of emerging channels—TikTok Shop affiliates, newsletter ad networks, micro-SaaS marketplaces—and pilot small-budget tests that can be scaled globally once ROI-positive.
- • Champion Hostinger’s culture of customer obsession by ensuring every affiliate touchpoint reflects our mission: making online success possible for anyone, anywhere.
- • Contribute to the broader Growth guild by sharing playbooks, running lunch-and-learns, and mentoring junior marketers who want to master partnership-led growth.
