- • As an Affiliate Strategist at Tinuiti, you will play a critical role in driving client growth through strategic affiliate marketing initiatives, leveraging data and partnerships to eliminate waste and scale what works in one of the nation’s largest independent full-funnel marketing agencies.
- • Day to day, you will craft and implement affiliate strategies, manage full campaign lifecycles from recruitment to optimization, analyze performance data, lead client communications, and maintain strong publisher relationships while ensuring compliance and creative alignment.
- • Tinuiti is a remote-first, $4B digital media agency with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement under proprietary technology like Bliss Point to deliver accountable, growth-focused marketing solutions across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in affiliate marketing strategy, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader in performance partnership innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce with significant expertise in affiliate marketing (in-house, agency, publisher, or network)
- • Deep knowledge of major affiliate networks such as Impact Radius, Rakuten Marketing, and Commission Junction
- • Demonstrated capability in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, relationship-building, daily program operations, budget management, and analytics
- • Working knowledge of HTML is advantageous
- • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
