📋 Description

• Join Newxel Tech LLC as an After Effects Specialist and become the creative engine behind next-generation sports content. You will sit at the intersection of design, technology, and sport, translating complex AI-driven data into visually stunning video assets that captivate millions of fans worldwide.
• Own the end-to-end motion graphics pipeline for our flagship AI sports platform. From the moment a client brief lands in your inbox to the final frame rendered, you will shepherd every graphic component—lower thirds, player stat overlays, dynamic score bugs, and social-first micro-animations—ensuring pixel-perfect delivery across broadcast, OTT, and mobile environments.
• Partner directly with product managers, data scientists, and brand strategists from the biggest names in global sport. You will translate raw performance metrics and AI-generated insights into emotionally resonant stories, using After Effects as your primary storytelling tool. Expect daily collaboration with Premier League clubs, NBA franchises, Formula 1 teams, and Olympic federations who rely on our platform to deepen fan engagement.
• Build and maintain a scalable motion graphics library that powers 460+ clients in 42 countries. You will design modular MOGRT templates and lightweight Lottie animations that can be localized, re-skinned, and deployed in minutes, not days. Your work will set the visual standard for how sports data is consumed on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and in-stadium jumbotrons.
• Champion quality control across every deliverable. You will establish color-managed workflows, frame-rate standards, and compression guidelines that guarantee broadcast compliance while maximizing social platform performance. When a last-minute roster change or breaking news alert hits, you will calmly re-render, re-export, and re-deliver assets without breaking stride.
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with After Effects expressions. You will write reusable scripts that auto-populate player headshots, animate live odds, and visualize heat maps in real time. Your code will reduce manual production hours by 40%, freeing the team to focus on creative experimentation rather than repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven creative engine. You will feed performance data back into the product roadmap, helping engineers refine algorithms that predict which graphic styles drive the highest engagement. Your insights will directly influence feature development and client retention.
• Thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous culture that spans Warsaw, Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, and Singapore. You will present work-in-progress during weekly design critiques, mentor junior motion designers, and document best practices in our internal knowledge base. Expect quarterly hackathons where you can prototype AR filters, volumetric graphics, or whatever wild idea keeps you up at night.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience creating motion graphics in Adobe After Effects, evidenced by a portfolio that includes sports, broadcast, or high-volume social content
• Demonstrated mastery of After Effects expressions (JavaScript-based) to automate repetitive tasks and drive data-driven animations
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders across time zones
• Hands-on experience producing MOGRT templates for Premiere Pro and lightweight Lottie animations for web/mobile deployment
• Exceptional attention to visual detail, typography hierarchy, and brand consistency across multiple aspect ratios and frame rates
• Nice-to-have: background in coding (Python, JavaScript, or JSX), previous startup experience, or an obsessive passion for sports analytics
