- • The Aftermarket Materials Planning Leader at Carrier Global Corporation is a transformational leadership role responsible for leading end-to-end materials planning for the Aftermarket business, ensuring parts availability, service performance excellence, and working capital optimization across the network.
- • Day to day, the role involves defining and executing materials planning strategy, translating demand forecasts into constrained supply plans, establishing safety stock and inventory segmentation policies, serving as Supply Planning lead in SIOP/S&OE processes, driving inventory turns and working capital optimization, aligning supplier and factory production with aftermarket needs, leading digital enablement in planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis, APS), and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product Management, Procurement, Distribution Centers, and Finance to support service-level commitments and P&L objectives.
