- • Initiate and monitor the full lifecycle of agent appointments to enable agents to sell company products.
- • Maintain direct contact with state Departments of Insurance, agents, and third-party vendors via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- • Collect, clean, record, and retrieve accurate data from multiple internal and external sources related to agent licensing.
- • Independently evaluate source documents for accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- • Update internal and external systems with timely and precise information related to agent licensing status and documentation.
- • Prepare and distribute reports required for compliance, auditing, and operational purposes.
- • Manage data storage and retrieval systems to ensure secure, organized, and accessible records.
- • Perform clerical duties and data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- • Exercise independent judgment in resolving licensing-related issues based on established company policies and regulatory standards.
- • Meet strict departmental deadlines while managing time-sensitive tasks with a sense of urgency.
- • Handle diverse assignments including internal audits, compliance discussions, and agent complaints as needed.
- • Utilize available resources to gather information necessary for informed decision-making and process improvements.
- • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, with proper grammar, punctuation, and word usage.
- • Adapt flexibly to changes in processes, procedures, or regulatory mandates as directed by management or state insurance authorities.
- • Meet departmental production requirements with consistent efficiency and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- • High School diploma or equivalent
- • Proficiency in standard office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- • Ability to understand and apply oral and written instructions with initiative and organization
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation
- • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and regulatory requirements
