📋 Description

  • Join Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in business decisioning data and analytics, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how companies make critical decisions. With a legacy spanning over 180 years, we empower businesses worldwide to grow, manage risk, and innovate by transforming uncertainty into opportunity. As an Agent Management Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of our organizational agents, which are fundamental to our data and analytics capabilities.
  • This role is designed for a meticulous and proactive individual who will oversee the entire lifecycle of organizational agents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these agents are not only designed and validated according to stringent standards but also operated in full alignment with our established quality, security, and governance frameworks. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to maintain the highest levels of trust and reliability in our data-driven solutions.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve leading comprehensive agent testing and quality assurance (QA) initiatives. This includes designing and executing test plans, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with development teams to resolve them. Your rigorous QA processes will be critical in guaranteeing the functionality, safety, and reliability of agents before they are released into production environments, safeguarding our operations and client trust.
  • You will be the guardian of our governance and compliance requirements. This entails enforcing adherence to internal policies, ensuring that all agent activities are auditable, and verifying the appropriate and secure use of data and integrations. Your vigilance will be key to maintaining our reputation and meeting regulatory expectations.
  • A core function of this position is the active management and approval of agent integrations and connector usage. You will meticulously review proposed integrations to ensure they meet our security protocols and compliance mandates, thereby guaranteeing secure and compliant access across our diverse systems. This oversight is crucial for preventing unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • To foster efficiency and scalability across the organization, you will be tasked with establishing and refining standards for agent development and deployment. This includes identifying and preventing the creation of redundant or overlapping agents, thereby promoting the reuse of existing, validated capabilities. Your efforts will drive consistency and optimize resource utilization.
  • This role demands exceptional collaboration skills. You will work closely with a wide array of internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, data scientists, and business unit leaders. Your guidance will be essential in supporting the creation of new agents, facilitating their adoption, and ensuring that these agents consistently deliver tangible value and meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our agent management processes and tools. This involves staying abreast of industry best practices, evaluating new technologies, and recommending enhancements to our existing frameworks.
  • By ensuring the robust performance and secure operation of our agents, you will directly contribute to Dun & Bradstreet's mission of providing unparalleled business decisioning data and analytics. Your work will empower our clients to make more informed decisions, navigate complex markets, and achieve their strategic objectives.
  • This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company where your contributions will have a visible impact. You will be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. If you are passionate about data integrity, security, and driving operational excellence, this role offers a challenging and rewarding career path.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to documenting agent functionalities, integration protocols, and governance policies, ensuring that knowledge is shared effectively across relevant teams.
  • You will also play a role in incident response related to agent performance or security, working swiftly to diagnose and resolve issues to minimize disruption.
  • Ultimately, you will be a key player in maintaining the high standards that Dun & Bradstreet is known for, ensuring our data and analytical tools remain reliable, secure, and effective for our global clientele.
