- • As an Agent Success Manager at Decagon, you will play a key role in shaping how enterprise customers deploy, adopt, and derive value from Decagon’s conversational AI platform, directly impacting customer outcomes and product evolution.
- • Day to day, you will partner with customers to guide deployments from scoping to full adoption, act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders across technical and executive levels, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and influence the product roadmap, and continuously build expertise in AI agent functionality and industry best practices.
- • You will join Decagon’s Agent Success team, a high-impact, collaborative group that shapes customer value realization, drives best practices, and feeds customer insights into product strategy, working alongside sharp peers in an in-office, fast-paced environment guided by values like Just Get It Done and Winner’s Mindset.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI deployments, strengthen your ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, gain influence over product direction through customer insights, and grow as a trusted advisor in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment backed by top-tier investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of customer facing experience in a technical and customer facing role in B2B SaaS
- • Proven experience managing large customers and driving highly visible projects involving multiple stakeholders
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills
- • Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes
- • Strong technical acumen and passion for the overall agent building process
