- • Design and implement data-driven, AI-enabled omnichannel marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC).
- • Develop dynamic, reusable email templates and multi-step customer journeys using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
- • Build and manage automation workflows in Automation Studio, including event-driven and trigger-based campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and web channels.
- • Design and maintain Data Extensions and Contact Builder data models to support advanced segmentation, profiling, and targeting for CRM campaigns.
- • Implement and optimize SQL-driven logic for data extraction, transformation, and audience segmentation within SFMC.
- • Collaborate on integrations between Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Cloud using REST/SOAP APIs and support ETL pipelines and event-driven architecture.
- • Work with Data Cloud for audience unification and segmentation, ensuring seamless data flow between internal and external platforms.
- • Contribute to AI-driven marketing use cases including AI-assisted content generation, send-time optimization, and prompt-driven workflows using Agentforce capabilities.
- • Develop end-to-end marketing workflows following Agile methodologies, participating in story refinement and requirements analysis.
- • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code with adherence to naming conventions, reusability, and error handling best practices.
- • Optimize query performance, automation runtimes, and campaign execution to improve system efficiency and reduce latency.
- • Create comprehensive technical documentation, designs, and prototypes to ensure long-term scalability and knowledge transfer.
- • Work closely with architects, business analysts, and marketing stakeholders, engaging in client-facing interactions and leading technical modules or tracks.
- • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
- • Ensure all marketing solutions meet business objectives and maximize ROI through data-backed decision-making.
- • Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and system architecture across all SFMC implementations.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in marketing technology, including CDP platforms like Treasure Data and AI-powered personalization at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
- • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Consultant in SFMC
- • Strong expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
- • Deep knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions
- • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL pipelines, and event-driven architecture
