📋 Description
- • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning (RL) techniques to enable autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and ML engineers to integrate agentic capabilities into client platforms and applications.
- • Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability through efficient training pipelines, quantization, and hardware-aware deployment strategies.
- • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and feedback mechanisms to ensure system reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in production environments.
- • Stay current with cutting-edge research in agentic AI, including multi-agent systems, tool use, and emergent communication protocols.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in building LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- • Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying scalable AI services, including containerization and orchestration tools.
