• Our team comprises experienced entrepreneurs, distinguished alumni of Y Combinator, and former employees of Google. We are seeking ambitious individuals ready to join us on the ground floor and contribute to reshaping a trillion-dollar industry.
• This is not a typical engineering internship; it represents a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of operational workflows within a rapidly growing startup environment. We are searching for a technically adept builder who will act as a significant force multiplier across all departments of our organization, including Engineering, Sales, Recruiting, and Customer Success.
• As our Agentic AI Engineering Intern, your role will extend far beyond addressing minor software bugs. Your primary responsibility will be to architect, develop, and deploy the internal automation engine that drives our company's operations. Your mandate is to create high-impact internal tools and workflows designed to enable our team to operate with exceptional speed and efficiency.
• A critical requirement for this position is a "100x" mindset. You will be expected to transcend traditional coding methodologies by exclusively utilizing low-code orchestration tools, specifically n8n, and leveraging Agentic AI capabilities through platforms like Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex. This approach is designed to deliver solutions at an exponentially faster rate than conventional development cycles.
• You will operate at the dynamic intersection of technical logic and AI orchestration, effectively building the central "nervous system" that powers a modern tech startup. Your contributions will directly influence how we manage internal processes and scale our operations.
• Key responsibilities include designing and constructing complex automation workflows using n8n. This involves seamlessly connecting our diverse internal ecosystem, encompassing CRM, ATS, ERP, and various engineering tools, to create streamlined operational pipelines.
• You will be instrumental in deploying AI agents, utilizing advanced Agentic AI tools such as Claude for Work and other Large Language Models (LLMs). This will enable the handling of intricate logic, the generation of code snippets, and the performance of sophisticated data analysis, thereby minimizing the need for manual coding efforts.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve developing cross-functional tooling. You will collaborate directly with our Founders, Sales leaders, and Engineering leads to pinpoint operational bottlenecks and rapidly deploy effective technical solutions that address these challenges.
• You will be expected to engage in rapid prototyping, significantly accelerating the development lifecycle. The goal is to transition from an initial idea to a fully deployed internal tool within hours, rather than weeks, fostering a culture of agility and immediate impact.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the ongoing system optimization. This includes continuously monitoring and refining automated processes to ensure their reliability, efficiency, and scalability as the company experiences growth.
• This internship offers a unique chance to master the future of engineering by moving beyond basic syntax and learning to become an architect of intelligence. You will gain proficiency in the toolset that is poised to define the next generation of software development practices.
• You will experience a high degree of ownership, as the tools you develop will be utilized daily by the founding team for critical functions such as closing deals, recruiting top talent, and shipping innovative products.
• The role provides foundational exposure to the inner workings of a Silicon Valley tech startup. For those interested, there is an optional opportunity to spend a few weeks on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, working directly alongside seasoned entrepreneurs and ex-Googlers, gaining invaluable firsthand insights into scaling a high-growth technology company.
• This is an intensive 3-6 month internship. High-performing individuals who demonstrate an exceptional ability to "100x" their output and deliver significant value may be considered for extended opportunities within the company, offering a clear path for career acceleration.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in a technical field such as Software Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A demonstrable "100x" mindset, characterized by an obsession with efficiency, a prioritization of orchestration and leverage over manual execution, and a proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks.
• Strong technical proficiency, including a solid understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and logical flow. Required experience with Python or JavaScript for custom logic implementation.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like n8n, or an intense drive and aptitude to quickly master them. Experience with AI collaboration suites like Claude Projects is also highly valued.
• Fluency in English is required, along with the willingness and ability to engage effectively across different functions to align with stakeholders and drive project success.
