- • Own end-to-end AI-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution for Scribe’s most strategic enterprise accounts, designing 1:1 and 1:few campaigns across LinkedIn, direct mail, content hubs, in-app/product signals, and events.
- • Leverage AI and automation tools to identify high-intent accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and optimize campaign performance in real time to improve efficiency and pipeline impact.
- • Develop highly tailored executive experiences including personalized content, messaging frameworks, microsites, and event activations designed to resonate with buying groups and decision-makers.
- • Plan, coordinate, and execute field events such as VIP dinners, executive roundtables, and targeted account programs in partnership with Sales, ensuring seamless pre- and post-event campaign integration to maximize pipeline generation.
- • Collaborate directly with Account Executives (AEs) to co-create account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to accelerate enterprise deal cycles.
- • Measure and analyze key ABM metrics including account engagement, event ROI, coverage depth, and pipeline influence, using insights to refine strategy and report back to Sales and Marketing leadership.
- • Pilot innovative ABM formats and event experiences, testing emerging channels and tactics to raise the bar for enterprise engagement and share learnings across the marketing team.
- • Utilize ABM and intent platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, and ZoomInfo to track account-level data, segment audiences, and inform campaign targeting and optimization.
- • Maintain a data-driven and creative approach, balancing analytical rigor with creative execution—comfortable building targeted LinkedIn ads while interpreting complex engagement reports.
- • Operate with an AI-first mentality, continuously exploring new AI capabilities in ABM orchestration, predictive scoring, and automation to enhance personalization and scalability.
- • Travel up to 10% of the time to support in-person ABM events, executive meetings, and account-specific programs across the United States.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, demonstrating proactivity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative mindset focused on team success and customer impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) company with at least 2 years focused on ABM or enterprise demand generation
- • Proven experience building and running multi-channel ABM campaigns including digital, direct mail, and field/executive events
- • Familiarity using AI and automation tools for scaling 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, including predictive insights, intent signals, and performance optimization
- • Strong collaboration experience with sales teams, including co-creating account plans and directly influencing revenue outcomes
- • Proficiency with ABM/intent platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, or ZoomInfo
- • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for ABM events and account programs
