You will play a pivotal role in empowering our teams to effectively structure and execute their AI initiatives, rigorously validate promising automation concepts, foster enhanced cross-team visibility into deployed AI solutions, meticulously optimize internal workflows for maximum efficiency, meticulously analyze complex requirements, and ultimately ensure the seamless and robust operation of our key business processes.

• • In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in:
• • Mapping and documenting AI initiatives across our diverse engineering teams. This involves meticulously identifying the specific AI tools currently in use, clearly defining ownership for each tool and component, and illustrating the intricate connections and dependencies between various AI components.
• • Conducting thorough and structured technical discovery sessions. You will engage directly with engineers, skillfully extracting critical technical information and translating it into easily understandable diagrams, concise documentation, and actionable insights.
• • Identifying key inefficiencies and pinpointing significant automation opportunities within our existing internal workflows, proposing practical solutions for improvement.
• • Authoring and diligently maintaining comprehensive product requirements, detailed user stories, precise acceptance criteria, and well-defined use-case scenarios to guide development efforts.
• • Prototyping lightweight internal tools or developing custom scripts to rapidly validate innovative ideas and concepts before committing to full-scale development, thereby mitigating risk and accelerating learning.
• • Actively exploring and rigorously testing a wide array of AI tools, including advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent agents, meticulously documenting practical findings and potential applications.
• • Maintaining and enhancing our centralized GitLab repositories, ensuring they are well-organized and contain up-to-date shared AI assets, such as MCP servers and essential internal AI utilities.
• • Contributing to the development and refinement of our internal AI adoption standards, promoting greater cross-team transparency and knowledge sharing regarding AI implementations.
• • Actively participating in all phases of the agile development lifecycle, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming meetings, retrospective analyses, and crucial design reviews.
• • Systematically collecting valuable user and stakeholder feedback to iteratively refine product usability, enhance discoverability, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• • Preparing clear, structured summaries and insightful analyses derived from raw data, providing actionable intelligence to inform decision-making.
