- • As an AI Automation Engineer on Harvey's Customer Education team, you will build the technical infrastructure that powers scalable AI-driven learning experiences for legal professionals, directly impacting how quickly customers become experts on Harvey's platform.
- • You will design and maintain AI agents using LLM APIs to automate content creation and publishing workflows, own and optimize the learning technology stack including Skilljar and Sanity CMS integrations, and eliminate operational bottlenecks through intelligent automation.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Harvey AI Inc., a fast-growing company transforming legal and professional services with frontier agentic AI, serving 1500+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing.
- • In this high-autonomy role, you will translate educational strategy into production-grade technical solutions, gain deep expertise in AI-powered content systems, and have outsized influence in shaping the future of generative AI education at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering with demonstrated experience designing and building API integrations
- • Proficiency with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar), ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- • Hands-on experience building AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, including prompt engineering and API integrations with platforms like Anthropic Claude or OpenAI
- • Track record of supporting production systems end-to-end, ideally including LMS platforms, CMS tools, or similar content delivery infrastructure
- • Strong ability to operate autonomously, translating business needs into well-architected technical solutions with minimal oversight
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with non-technical tradeoffs clearly
