- • As an AI Automation Engineer (GTM) at Siftstack Inc., you will build the technical backbone that powers the company's go-to-market motion by designing and shipping AI-driven automation systems that help find, engage, and convert customers without adding headcount.
- • You will architect and maintain production-grade Python scripts, APIs, and integrations that connect data sources, AI models, and GTM tools into reliable workflows, including owning the vector database infrastructure that powers Sift's GTM AI Operating System.
- • You will partner closely with marketing, sales, ops, and leadership to turn ambiguous ideas into working systems, improve workflows based on real-world use, and ensure AI outputs are production-ready and trustworthy.
- • You will contribute to Sift's mission of building data infrastructure for hardware engineering teams by enabling faster, sharper GTM execution through rigorous, engineer-grade automation and AI systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Python to build, debug, and own scripts and pipelines independently, including API integration and data manipulation in a GitHub-based workflow.
- • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and building or maintaining RAG pipelines in production, including chunking strategies, embedding model selection, and retrieval quality evaluation.
- • Proven experience shipping real automation systems with inputs, outputs, failure handling, and real users depending on them—not just configuring no-code tools like Zapier.
- • Experience building AI workflows in production, including prompt engineering, API integration, and output validation, with understanding of where AI adds value and where it fails.
- • Familiarity with GTM motions, including understanding BDR workflows, sales cycle bottlenecks, and what makes sales enablement useful in real deals, gained through prior work near marketing or revenue teams.
- • Ability to work autonomously from vague ideas to working prototypes without detailed specs, ask the right questions, fill gaps, and ship solutions that are adopted by non-technical teammates.
