- • Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Professional Services Automation (PSA) and services automation workflows.
- • Provide thought leadership on integrating Salesforce core clouds — Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue — with PSA solutions to optimize end-to-end commercial operations.
- • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures for Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
- • Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo), financial platforms, and HCM systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
- • Develop and enforce Salesforce implementation best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines across global delivery teams.
- • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, AppExchange applications, and third-party tools to enhance services automation, revenue recognition, and operational efficiency.
- • Lead the adoption of AI-native delivery practices, including LLM-assisted solution design, prompt engineering for Apex, Flow, LWC, and API generation, and AI-supported configuration workflows while maintaining engineering discipline.
- • Mentor and coach development teams on Salesforce architecture, delivery methodologies, and best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- • Apply deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and related tools (e.g., Agentforce Revenue) to design and implement contracting processes including new contracts, amendments, and renewals.
- • Ensure alignment of Salesforce architecture with private equity-backed client priorities, emphasizing speed, ownership, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
- • Drive innovation by leveraging conversational development workflows and AI-assisted coding to accelerate prototyping, testing, and documentation without compromising system integrity.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical designs into clear business value propositions tied to revenue growth, resource utilization, and project accounting.
- • Maintain strong governance over Salesforce API usage, data synchronization models, and integration security across multi-system environments.
- • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology transformations aligned with client investment theses and PE-backed operational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role
- • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred
- • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes, including contracting lifecycle management (new, amendment, renewal)
- • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite SuiteBilling or ZoneCo
- • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-native practices including LLM-assisted development, prompt engineering, and AI-supported configuration/code generation
- • Strong proficiency across Salesforce Core platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and PSA capabilities
