Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end paid acquisition on either Google or Meta as the founding operator for Viktor’s performance marketing channel, with full accountability for budget, strategy, creative direction, and pipeline outcomes.
- • Deploy and scale serious paid budgets from day one on your chosen platform — Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) or Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — with no agency layer or intermediaries.
- • Design and execute campaign architecture including keyword strategy, match-type discipline, negative keyword hygiene, audience targeting, bidding models, and budget allocation aligned directly to pipeline and CAC goals.
- • Own the entire conversion path: from ad creative to landing page to signup to paid conversion; optimize Quality Score on Google and creative engagement on Meta as direct drivers of pipeline quality.
- • Run weekly experimentation cycles with clear hypotheses, documented results, and compounding learnings — prioritize velocity over polish, shipping tests rapidly and iterating based on data.
- • Build and maintain a living playbook: compile high-performing keywords, audience segments, retargeting lists, ad copy variants, and creative concepts that scale and repeat across campaigns.
- • Implement and maintain robust measurement and attribution: configure enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports for Google; manage CAPI, pixel hygiene, and view-through attribution for Meta; understand platform limitations and model conversions where needed.
- • Report weekly on key metrics: spend, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI — using data, not narrative, to communicate performance and inform cross-channel prioritization.
- • Partner directly with the Head of Performance Marketing to challenge budget allocations, advocate for channel priorities, and align on growth goals using hard metrics.
- • Produce or directly brief creative assets: write ad copy, edit video, brief UGC creators, and iterate on static and dynamic creatives at high velocity without waiting for external teams.
- • Use AI tooling (e.g., Claude, generative creative tools) daily to accelerate ad copy iteration, audience analysis, query expansion, and reporting — integrate AI into your core workflow.
- • Operate with a founder mentality: build a channel from scratch, not inherit a mature program; treat the account as a system to optimize, not a dashboard to report on.
- • Work in a small, high-trust team with low process: ship your first campaign in your first week, talk to users on day one, fix what breaks, and own the outcome without committee approval.
- • Use Viktor internally to build Viktor — experience the product’s impact firsthand every day as you optimize acquisition for the same AI coworker you’re promoting.
- • Operate with EU primary time zone overlap; remote work permitted with confirmed overlap for collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience owning paid acquisition on either Google or Meta for B2B SaaS or AI products, with direct accountability for six- or seven-figure monthly budgets.
- • Proven track record of managing the full conversion path — from ad to landing page to paid conversion — with measurable impact on pipeline and CAC.
- • Hands-on experience with campaign architecture, bidding strategies, attribution modeling, and creative production (copy, video, UGC) on your primary platform.
- • Daily, operational use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, generative AI) for ad copy, audience analysis, and reporting.
- • Demonstrated experimentation practice with documented weekly tests, hypotheses, and compounding results from prior roles.
- • Ability to work autonomously with founder mentality — building from zero, no agency support, no hand-holding.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Direct ownership of a core growth channel with no agency layer or bureaucratic overhead.
- • Competitive salary and equity aligned with early-stage startup impact.
- • Opportunity to work with a product you use daily to build the product — Viktor is used internally to build Viktor.
- • High-trust, low-process environment where decisions are made by owners, not committees.
- • Remote work permitted with EU time zone overlap.
- • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-native workflows and tools in a rapidly scaling AI product company.
