📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform throughout the sales cycle, translating business needs into technical solutions using Check Point’s AI Defense Plane.
• Design and demonstrate tailored architectures that enable enterprises to secure their AI stacks and deploy cutting-edge AI use cases while aligning with existing infrastructure and security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, rapid time-to-value, and ongoing customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, implementation guides, and playbooks to standardize pre-sales and post-sales workflows across the organization.
• Perform product configuration and deliver minor technical adjustments required for prospect and customer implementations, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing real-world feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and platform enhancements.
• Build scalable Solutions Engineering processes by creating repeatable best practices, standardizing deployment patterns, and documenting proven methodologies for growing customer volume.
• Present technical demonstrations, architecture overviews, and security validations to diverse audiences including technical engineers, security teams, CTOs, and CISOs in 1:1, small group, and large conference settings.
• Navigate complex enterprise environments, addressing security, compliance, and IT governance requirements during B2B product deployments across Fortune 500 and startup clients.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate deal velocity by removing technical blockers, answering complex questions, and providing credible, authoritative responses to prospect concerns.
• Stay current on advancements in AI security, adversarial attacks, and enterprise AI adoption trends to maintain technical credibility and offer forward-looking solutions.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, ownership-driven startup culture while maintaining high standards of transparency, accountability, and customer empathy.
• Support the growth of Lakera’s Solutions Engineering function from a nascent team into a scalable, repeatable function that drives customer success and product-market fit.
• Represent Lakera publicly at industry events, webinars, and technical forums to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership in AI security.
• Leverage deep understanding of AI security threats, model poisoning, prompt injection, and output manipulation to articulate the value proposition of Lakera’s platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering to validate and test new features in real-world customer contexts before general availability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience enabling large-scale implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and IT processes in B2B environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present to technical and executive audiences
• Experience working directly with large enterprise customers
