- • Lead end-to-end new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all incoming employees
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and procedural questions
- • Administer employee benefits including enrollment, life event changes, leave management, and coordination with third-party vendors
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within Rippling HRIS, processing all employment changes such as hires, terminations, promotions, and leaves of absence
- • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO regulations
- • Coordinate and support the execution of performance review cycles, assisting managers with development planning and corrective action processes
- • Generate and analyze HR reports and people metrics to inform leadership decisions and improve workforce planning
- • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and internal tools to scale the people function
- • Partner with managers across departments to address employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism
- • Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring teams on candidate experience and offer coordination
- • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and personnel matters
- • Proactively identify gaps in HR processes and implement solutions without requiring direction
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and go-to-market to align HR initiatives with business goals
- • Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous learning through daily HR interactions and program development
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar people-focused role
- • Solid working knowledge of core HR disciplines including employee relations, benefits, payroll, and employment law
- • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (preferably Rippling) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- • High ownership mindset with ability to proactively identify and drive solutions
- • Discreet and professional handling of sensitive and confidential information
