📋 Description
- • Identify high-leverage, repetitive, and error-prone operational processes across the company by engaging with teams in sales, HR, content, and operations to uncover manual workflows that hinder productivity.
- • Translate ambiguous, ad-hoc workflows described by non-technical staff into precise, automatable specifications that eliminate ambiguity and define clear inputs, outputs, and decision points.
- • Build end-to-end automation systems using Python, REST APIs, webhooks, and MCP protocols to connect internal tools, AI agents, and legacy systems without relying on backend engineering for every task.
- • Develop and deploy autonomous agent workflows using Claude Skills, Claude Cowork, and other agentic toolchains to handle tasks such as CRM updates, call logging, deal qualification, and prospect research.
- • Instrument all deployed automations with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to detect failures silently and ensure continuous reliability without manual oversight.
- • Drive adoption of automation tools by training non-technical teams, addressing concerns, providing ongoing support, and fostering trust through consistent performance and transparency.
- • Recognize when an automation has outgrown its initial scope and proactively hand off mature workflows to the backend platform team for integration into core systems, avoiding technical debt from bolt-on solutions.
- • Automate content generation workflows including AI-assisted video editing, social media post production, and multi-channel publishing to reduce manual effort in marketing operations.
- • Streamline HR processes such as candidate screening, resume parsing, and employee onboarding tasks using AI-driven automation to reduce administrative burden and improve candidate experience.
- • Map and automate high-effort manual processes in patient onboarding and clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare workflow standards while improving efficiency.
- • Maintain a portfolio of live automations that are actively used, continuously monitored, and iteratively improved based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- • Collaborate with teams across Spain and the UK to understand regional operational nuances and tailor automations to local workflows and language requirements.
- • Stay current with emerging agentic tooling and rapidly integrate new platforms or APIs as they become available to maintain a cutting-edge automation stack.
- • Balance speed of deployment with long-term maintainability, ensuring automations are robust, documented, and scalable beyond initial pilot use cases.
- • Measure success through quantifiable time savings across departments, increased team trust in automation, and reduction in manual errors or duplicated efforts.
- • Act as a bridge between technical execution and operational needs, translating business pain points into technical solutions and vice versa.
