  • • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automations across the talent acquisition stack using no-code/low-code platforms such as Make and Zapier, as well as custom Python scripts and API integrations.
  • • Map the full candidate journey to identify manual, repetitive tasks that create friction and systematically eliminate them through scalable, maintainable automated workflows.
  • • Integrate the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with HRIS, sourcing platforms, communication tools, and large language models (LLMs) to ensure seamless, clean data flow between systems.
  • • Write and execute AI-assisted SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze operational recruitment data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • • Build and maintain automated operational reports that surface key insights to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • • Translate recruiter-described repetitive tasks into functional, documented automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation solutions—from ideation and development to deployment, training, and ongoing optimization.
  • • Document all built applications and integrations thoroughly and deliver training sessions to equip recruiters and hiring managers with the knowledge to use new tools independently.
  • • Continuously monitor emerging AI innovations in talent acquisition and benchmark new technologies to identify, test, and implement high-impact features.
  • • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader People function to understand operational pain points and co-design context-specific automation solutions.
  • • Ensure all automation systems are user-friendly, reliable, and aligned with the recruiting process, data model, and candidate experience requirements.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of key LLM models and their appropriate use cases in recruitment workflows, selecting the optimal model for each application.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency through AI, from resume parsing to interview scheduling and candidate screening.
  • • Support the Talent Acquisition team in adopting AI tools by enabling them with practical, hands-on knowledge and resources to apply automation in daily tasks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working as an engineer or in a related technical role
  • • At least one year of professional experience building AI-powered applications and automations in a corporate environment
  • • Proven expertise with no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier or Make at scale
  • • Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract, validate, and generate operational reports independently
  • • Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process, candidate experience, and HR data models
  • • Experience in the Talent Acquisition domain, such as working in HR Tech, recruiting software, or TA/Business Operations within a tech company
