- • You'll help shape the future of accounting by designing, building, and maintaining the automation and data infrastructure that powers our business. This isn't a support role—it's a builder role.
- • You'll own critical reporting systems, AI-powered workflows, and business automations that touch every department. From Power BI dashboards and SQL pipelines to GPT- and Claude-powered solutions, you'll continuously improve how teams work, make decisions, and serve clients.
- • This is a full-time Independent Contractor role requiring exclusivity after hire.

- • The ideal candidate will naturally think in systems, processes, and scalable solutions, enjoy building things from scratch—not simply maintaining existing tools, translate technical concepts into language anyone can understand, obsess over data quality, documentation, and long-term maintainability, and collaborate well across both technical and non-technical teams.
- • You'll own AI automation and workflow development, data and business intelligence, data quality and governance, and process improvement and documentation.
- • You'll bring 3+ years building business automations and data solutions within a B2B environment, strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting, hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation, experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools, and practical experience leveraging AI platforms such as GPT or Claude for workflow automation.
- • You'll also bring advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks, a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems, and excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
