Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end design, production, and scaling of AI-powered content within the Leaply wellness app, including structured practice plans, guided audio/video sessions, and daily habit prompts that drive user retention.
  • • Build and optimize AI-driven content workflows using tools like GPT, Claude, and n8n to automate script generation, voiceover production, and content personalization, increasing output while maintaining quality standards.
  • • Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and engineers from the earliest stages of feature development to ensure content is embedded as a core component of the user experience, not an afterthought.
  • • Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for all content outputs, ensuring consistency, tone, and effectiveness across multiple languages as Leaply expands into European and LATAM markets.
  • • Lead localization strategy for content, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to adapt material for cultural and linguistic relevance without compromising impact or brand voice.
  • • Leverage product analytics from Amplitude and Tableau to measure content performance, identify high-engagement patterns, and make data-driven decisions on what to scale, iterate, or sunset.
  • • Manage the full content production lifecycle — from drafting briefs and assigning tasks to reviewing final assets and ensuring timely delivery across internal and external production resources.
  • • Design scalable content systems and templates that replace one-off creative efforts with repeatable, measurable processes, enabling the team to grow from 1 to 10x content volume without proportional headcount increases.
  • • Serve as the primary steward of the content function, transitioning it from ad hoc execution to a strategic, data-informed engine that directly influences user engagement and long-term retention.
  • • Participate in cross-functional product roadmap planning, contributing content expertise to shape new features that rely on narrative structure, behavioral nudges, or personalized learning paths.
  • • Maintain and evolve the internal content management system to support version control, asset tagging, workflow automation, and team collaboration across time zones.
  • • Use Notion and Slack as primary collaboration hubs to align stakeholders, track progress, and document standards for AI-assisted content creation.
  • • Drive innovation in content technology by piloting new AI tools and integrations that reduce manual effort, improve personalization, and enhance user experience metrics.
  • • Translate behavioral science principles into engaging, actionable content modules that help users form sustainable healthy habits through consistent, low-friction interactions.
  • • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer during onboarding, with full autonomy over the content function’s evolution and strategic direction.
  • • Contribute to SKELAR’s broader innovation ecosystem by engaging with communities in Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design to share best practices and amplify impact across ventures.
  • • Support SKELAR’s mission-driven initiatives, including the SKELAR Foundation’s veteran-focused accelerator, through volunteerism or knowledge-sharing where aligned with role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 to 5 years of experience in content roles at consumer product companies (subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming, or similar)
  • • Proven track record of building scalable content systems through repeatable processes, not one-off campaigns
  • • Demonstrated experience shipping at least one AI-powered content workflow that measurably improved output or efficiency
  • • Native or near-native fluency in English with exceptional writing quality
  • • Comfort operating in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau) and collaboration platforms (Notion, Slack), not just document editors
  • • Demonstrated ownership of a content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive compensation and full ownership of the content function
  • • Direct reporting to the Chief Product Officer during onboarding
  • • Access to SKELAR’s internal communities across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design
  • • Participation in SKELAR’s exclusive learning programs, including AI workshops and leadership schools
