- • AI Content Marketing Specialist at Finout Technologies Ltd. responsible for owning and scaling documentation and content through AI-powered workflows, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency across product guides, API references, blog posts, case studies, and marketing materials.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating Finout’s knowledge base, writing and editing technical documentation, designing AI automation systems using LLMs and tools like Claude, GPT, n8n, or Zapier, building prompt libraries and content templates, and collaborating with Product Marketing to produce high-quality content for campaigns and product launches.
- • Finout is a fast-growing cloud cost management platform trusted by major brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, with over $85M in funding and a team of 100+ across Tel Aviv and New York. The company values innovation, technical excellence, and using AI to solve real infrastructure challenges at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven content operations, scale documentation systems for a growing product, deepen your technical writing and product marketing skills, and directly impact user onboarding, product adoption, and brand perception through high-quality, accurate content.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content management, or a closely related role
- • Proven track record of using AI to scale content operations, including prompt engineering, building reusable prompt libraries, integrating LLMs into workflows, and measuring quality and throughput gains
- • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to make complex technical topics easy to understand
- • Experience managing or contributing to a knowledge base or documentation platform (e.g. GitBook)
- • Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
