• As a key player in this exciting environment, you will be instrumental in shipping category-defining AI technology – the kind of impactful work that forms the bedrock of distinguished careers. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Copywriter who possesses the intellectual curiosity to deeply understand our innovations and the exceptional talent to articulate them with clarity and impact, ensuring resonance with a diverse audience, from seasoned Chief Executive Officers to high school students seeking to automate their academic tasks.
• Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our ongoing developments. You will then translate these technical intricacies into compelling copy that effectively communicates value and drives engagement. A crucial aspect of this role is staying attuned to current market trends and actively leveraging AI. This includes building and refining ClickUp's proprietary Super Agents, tools designed to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the entire team, with guidance and training provided.

• Key responsibilities include crafting exceptional copy for a variety of critical initiatives such as product launches, feature announcements, pricing and packaging strategies, and marketing campaigns that span across all communication channels, including web, email, in-app messaging, social media, and beyond. You will be tasked with writing in a natural, human-centric style, capable of explaining groundbreaking technology without resorting to jargon or overly technical language, making complex concepts accessible to everyone.
• You will engage in tight iteration loops with Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Content, Creative, and Web teams. This involves producing initial drafts, swiftly incorporating feedback, and meticulously maintaining version control within our documentation and task management systems until final approval is achieved. Furthermore, you will utilize both qualitative insights and performance data to validate and refine messaging strategies. This includes analyzing user feedback, internal reviews, and post-launch performance metrics to continuously improve our communication effectiveness.
• A significant part of your role will be to operationalize these learnings into scalable workflows. This entails developing templates, curating prompt libraries, and designing Super Agent workflows. These resources will empower the broader marketing organization to draft, quality-assure, and update high-performing copy more rapidly, while consistently adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a unified brand voice.
