📋 Description

• As an AI Creative Designer at Liven, you will craft high-impact video creatives seen by millions globally, shaping the visual identity of a mission-driven wellness ecosystem that empowers users to build healthier relationships with themselves through AI-powered self-discovery tools, expert coaching, and supplements.
• Your day-to-day will involve ideating and producing video content using cutting-edge AI video models (Sora, VEO, Kling, Runway), combining generative outputs with manual editing in After Effects for color correction, animation, and final polish to create scroll-stopping, emotionally resonant creatives.
• You will collaborate closely with creative marketers in a rapid hypothesis-testing lab, iterating on dozens of visual approaches weekly to identify high-performing formats that scale user acquisition and engagement across global markets.
• You’ll continuously experiment with emerging AI video technologies, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in generative media while maintaining a strong aesthetic sensibility — distinguishing between synthetic, ‘plastic’ outputs and authentic, human-centered visual storytelling.
• You’ll own the full creative lifecycle — from concept and scripting to final render — enjoying significant autonomy to bring your vision to life, directly influencing how Liven presents itself to the world and impacts millions on their well-being journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in generative AI video tools such as Sora, VEO, Kling, or Runway, with demonstrated ability to achieve desired outcomes through effective prompting and workflow integration.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects for video editing, compositing, color correction, and animation to refine AI-generated content into professional-grade output.
• Strong visual sensibility — an innate understanding of composition, color, light, and motion — enabling you to distinguish between generic AI output and compelling, authentic visual storytelling.
• Genuine curiosity and drive to rapidly learn and apply emerging AI video models as they emerge, experimenting fearlessly with new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
