  • • Own the end-to-end AI-generated UGC pipeline for TikTok and Instagram ads, covering ideation, scriptwriting, avatar/voice generation, editing, captioning, and publishing
  • • Ship 20–50 high-volume TikTok ad variants per week, prioritizing velocity and performance over polished hero assets
  • • Monitor and optimize creative performance using key metrics: hook rate, 3-second hold rate, CPM, and CPA — rapidly kill underperforming variants and scale winners
  • • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools (e.g., Arcads, Veo, HeyGen, Captions, Higgsfield) to rebuild and improve the pipeline as new technologies launch
  • • Ensure all content complies with TikTok ad policies, supplement advertising regulations, and mandatory AI-content disclosure requirements
  • • Maintain account health across TikTok and Instagram ad accounts by adhering to platform guidelines and avoiding policy violations
  • • Operate with full ownership of the UGC function, with direct access to leadership and a dedicated budget for AI tool subscriptions
  • • Work asynchronously in a small, fast-moving team with zero bureaucracy and no approval bottlenecks
  • • Translate fitness, longevity, peptide, and GLP-1 wellness product knowledge into compelling, compliant, and high-converting ad creative
  • • Test and iterate on creative hypotheses daily, using data to drive decisions — aesthetics are secondary to measurable performance outcomes
  • • Stay ahead of industry trends by actively experimenting with new AI tools and techniques outside of work hours, whether for personal projects, client work, or meme accounts
  • • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align creative output with regulatory standards for health and wellness advertising
  • • Deliver rapid turnaround: from concept to live ad in under 24 hours, not quarterly cycles
  • • Maintain a data-driven mindset: prioritize metrics like CPA and hold rate over subjective notions of "it looks cool"
  • • Build and refine a scalable, repeatable system for AI UGC that can sustain high-volume output without quality degradation
  • • Actively engage with the fitness, lifting, Hyrox, and supplement/longevity community to authentically inform content direction
  • • Use real-world performance data to inform future creative direction, not agency decks or trend reports
  • • Maintain a portfolio of shipped AI-generated ads as proof of capability, with clear documentation of tools, time, and results

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience building and operating AI-generated UGC pipelines for TikTok and Instagram ads
  • • Demonstrated ability to ship dozens of ad variants per week with measurable performance outcomes
  • • Deep familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., HeyGen, Veo, Arcads, Captions, Higgsfield) and willingness to constantly update stack
  • • Strong understanding of TikTok ad policies, supplement advertising compliance, and AI disclosure requirements
  • • Metrics-driven mindset focused on hook rate, 3-second hold, CPM, and CPA — not aesthetics
  • • Self-directed, autonomous worker who moves without permission and owns outcomes
