- • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of enterprise customers, embedding deeply to design and deploy Generative AI solutions using ChatGPT and OpenAI APIs.
- • Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value GenAI use cases aligned with customer business objectives.
- • Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance, building hands-on prototypes, and advising on production-scale best practices for GenAI systems.
- • Maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and technical teams to drive adoption, expansion, and successful outcomes of AI deployments.
- • Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation to scale proven practices across diverse customer segments.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams to align customer feedback with product development priorities.
- • Codify operational knowledge and standardize technical success practices to enable scalable impact across industries and customer types.
- • Take end-to-end ownership of customer deployment challenges, proactively acquiring new technical or domain-specific knowledge to ensure success.
- • Design holistic solutions that integrate ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, and complementary tools within customer architecture and operational environments.
- • Guide customers through the full lifecycle of GenAI projects—from early prototyping to enterprise-grade production deployments—with attention to infrastructure, security, and scalability.
- • Share learnings and insights internally to improve product features, documentation, and customer success frameworks.
- • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to enterprise clients, helping them transform business processes through innovative AI applications such as automated content generation and customer service automation.
- • Maintain a humble, collaborative mindset while supporting both customers and internal teams to achieve shared goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Manage multiple concurrent customer workstreams, prioritizing initiatives based on potential business impact and technical feasibility.
- • Ensure deployments adhere to safety, reliability, and ethical guidelines aligned with OpenAI’s mission of ensuring AI benefits all of humanity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience working directly with enterprise customers
- • Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages for building prototypes and proofs of concept
- • Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or machine learning systems, including infrastructure and network architecture considerations
- • Strong communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts to both executive and practitioner audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of customer challenges and proactively acquire new skills to drive success
- • Humble, collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting teammates and customers in fast-paced environments
