• • As AI Deployment Engineering Manager for Digital Natives at OpenAI, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications for technology and software customers in the Americas, acting as a trusted advisor to drive GenAI use cases from backlog to production.
• • You will own the strategy and operating model of the AI Deployment Engineering team, lead and mentor high-performing engineers, serve as the primary technical escalation point for executive stakeholders, and champion industry thought leadership on safe and innovative AI applications.
• • You will work within OpenAI’s AI Deployment Engineering team, which partners with developers and enterprises to build effective GenAI use cases and drive them to production through technical guidance, aligned with the company’s mission to ensure AI benefits all of humanity.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling AI deployments, shaping product roadmaps through customer insights, managing complex technical implementations, and growing as a leader in AI-driven enterprise transformation while mentoring teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
