📋 Description

• As an AI Deployment Strategist at Mistral AI, you will drive the adoption and deployment of AI solutions for cybersecurity customers, bridging strategic vision with production implementation to deliver measurable security outcomes.
• You will lead executive workshops with CISOs and security teams to identify cybersecurity challenges, co-create AI adoption roadmaps, and design end-to-end AI solutions integrated into security workflows such as SOC automation, threat detection, and compliance.
• You will partner with the Applied AI team to prototype and deploy AI-driven cybersecurity solutions in production, own pilot projects, and ensure compliance with standards like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and SecNumCloud.
• You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, monitor security KPIs, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to shape product roadmaps while traveling 30-60% across France and Europe.
• You will help turn strategic AI visions into real-world impact, ensuring Mistral’s solutions are indispensable for enterprises securing their digital assets in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role within cybersecurity or defense (e.g., cybersecurity consulting, security engineering, SOC operations, or technical sales in cyber).
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong cybersecurity domain expertise including SOC, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SecNumCloud, ANSSI).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science with ability to advise both technical and non-technical audiences on AI-driven security solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or data-driven applications using Python in security contexts.
• Fluent in French and English.
