Expert Services Engineer - Offensive/Application Security

📋 Description

• • As an Expert Services Engineer at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will act as the technical point of contact for customers post-sales, supporting the deployment, integration, and ongoing success of the company’s autonomous AI-powered pentesting platform. This role is critical in bridging product capabilities with real-world customer needs, ensuring secure and effective adoption of cutting-edge offensive security technology.
• • Day to day, you will lead self-hosted product deployments, support and manage product integrations with customer environments (including cloud infrastructure, VPN, and SSO), provide Tier 2 technical support, prototype features based on customer feedback, and support hand-off between pre-sales and post-sales teams. You will also run Expert Services engagements, assist in complex demos during the sales cycle, and communicate technical and business value to stakeholders ranging from security engineers to CISOs.

The company is building the world’s first autonomous pentester to scale offensive security using AI, aiming to defeat cyber threats before they materialize by empowering security teams with intelligent, adaptive tools.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in offensive security, cloud deployment architectures, and enterprise security compliance while developing strong cross-functional communication skills.
