📋 Description

• • As the AI Enablement Lead for the DACH region at Everfield AG, you will be embedded in the largest portfolio cluster to drive AI maturity across software companies by assessing needs, delivering hands-on enablement in German, and coaching technical and non-technical teams to embed AI into daily workflows.
• • Your day-to-day will involve conducting deep-dive AI maturity assessments at portfolio companies, leading workshops and mini-hackathons, providing 1-on-1 coaching across functions like development, product, support, and operations, and helping engineering teams adopt AI-augmented workflows such as spec-driven development and coding agents.
• • Everfield AG buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, operating a decentralised model where portfolio companies retain autonomy while receiving central support in talent, HR, finance, and operations. Founded in 2022, Everfield has a presence in 10+ countries and is scaling its AI enablement programme across its ecosystem.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI enablement at scale, build a portfolio-wide impact by multiplying workflow improvements across companies, receive direct mentorship from an experienced AI Lead, and help shape the blueprint for scaling AI adoption across European SaaS businesses.
