- • As AI Enablement Manager at Voize Inc., you will define, operationalise, and scale how artificial intelligence is adopted across the organisation, turning scattered individual hacks into repeatable practices to transform Voize into an AI-native company.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining Voize's internal AI productivity suite, enabling AI fluency through onboarding and workshops, establishing AI governance and guardrails, partnering with teams to embed AI into workflows, driving organisational change toward human-AI collaboration, analyzing tool usage and adoption signals, and creating an LM-readable context layer for shared truth between humans and AI agents.
- • Voize is a fast-growing Berlin-based startup backed by $50M Series A funding, building an AI companion that frees nurses from administrative work, giving them back up to 30% of their time to focus on patient care; over 1,500 care facilities and 150,000 nurses already rely on the platform.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in AI enablement at scale, develop expertise in AI governance and workflow integration, lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, and grow your impact in a mission-driven environment where technology amplifies human potential in healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment with hands-on ownership of cross-functional initiatives including AI or advanced technology adoption
- • Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems (prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, APIs) and experience designing and integrating AI workflows across tools and data platforms
- • Proven enablement track record: trained and enabled non-technical teams, drove adoption at scale, and developed playbooks, learning content, and feedback loops
- • Engineer mindset: ability to build, debug, and ship solutions alongside both technical and non-technical teams
- • Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, sound judgement, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- • English required; some level of German is a strong plus
- • Location: Berlin required (open to candidates willing to relocate)
