• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shipping cutting-edge generative AI features, contributing to the development of sophisticated agentic systems, and playing a key part in defining the standards and tooling that enhance our platform's intelligence.
• • Reporting directly to the AI Lead, you will engage in hands-on work across the entire technology stack, from conceptual architecture to final implementation. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with the Head of Engineering and product teams to transform innovative research ideas into reliable, user-facing functionalities.
• • You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of our Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure and workflows, ensuring our AI capabilities remain at the forefront of the industry.

• • A crucial part of your role will be to establish and champion best practices for AI development, rigorous testing, and efficient deployment across all our products, ensuring consistency and quality.
• • Initially, you will be the primary technical contributor, handling all AI development hands-on, providing a foundational understanding and direct impact on our AI initiatives.
• • Furthermore, you will engage in extensive Cross-functional Collaboration. This involves working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our offerings, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience.
