📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and internal systems to automate construction operations including project management, scheduling, and documentation.
• Build custom software solutions using OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini large language models (LLMs) to reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and business systems to enable seamless data flow across construction workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes in commercial and multifamily construction environments.
• Develop AI-assisted tools for project documentation, construction plans, and data analysis to enhance decision-making.
• Design scalable AI infrastructure to support future business growth and evolving automation needs.
• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and internal business applications that improve project visibility and operational performance.
• Optimize existing AI automations and software systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with leadership to translate operational challenges into practical AI-driven software solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and implementation best practices to recommend innovations that drive business growth.
• Work directly with U.S.-based clients during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) to deliver and support AI solutions.
• Apply strong automation and workflow development skills using tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n to streamline internal processes.
• Ensure all AI implementations deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and time savings across construction operations.
• Maintain independent execution in fast-moving environments while aligning technical deliverables with strategic business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building AI-powered applications and business tools
• Strong proficiency with Python, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini LLMs
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party business systems
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred
