- • Enhance an internal operating system by implementing and optimizing advanced AI features and large language models (LLMs) to improve business workflow efficiency and scalability.
- • Integrate new LLMs into production systems to expand system functionality, ensuring seamless alignment with existing software architecture built on C#, C++, Python, and React.
- • Develop and refine AI algorithms that directly support core operational processes, with a focus on measurable improvements in system performance and user experience.
- • Design scalable AI solutions that integrate with the current system stack, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI model performance to ensure efficient resource utilization and reliable operation across the platform.
- • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI implementations to maintain high-quality standards and minimize disruption to existing workflows.
- • Work within a fully remote, U.S.-time-zone-aligned environment (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to support U.S.-based clients and collaborate with distributed technical teams.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s AI-driven operating system through innovation, iterative development, and proactive identification of optimization opportunities.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks to inform technical decisions and drive adoption of cutting-edge capabilities.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of AI features from concept to production, ensuring alignment with both technical specifications and business objectives.
- • Communicate technical progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders and engineering peers to facilitate cross-team alignment.
- • Demonstrate autonomy in managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of code quality, system stability, and performance.
- • Deliver AI solutions that directly impact organizational efficiency, enabling smarter, faster, and more scalable internal operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning development
- • Strong proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and React
- • Hands-on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into production systems
- • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI development tools
- • Demonstrated experience with system architecture and integration projects at scale
- • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
