📋 Description

• As an AI Engineer at Main Street AI Advisors, you will design, build, and deliver practical AI solutions for small and midsize businesses across the United States, playing a critical role in helping clients adopt AI through custom automation and integration projects that drive measurable business results.
• You will serve as the primary technical contact for client accounts, lead weekly meetings, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, build AI-powered automations using platforms like Make.com and n8n, develop integrations via APIs, write JavaScript and Python code, configure cloud infrastructure, and ensure solutions are deployed reliably and on schedule.
• You will join a mission-driven team focused on clarity, integrity, and empowering SMBs with practical AI, working closely with leadership and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions while maintaining high standards of communication and project ownership.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack AI delivery, strengthen client-facing consulting skills, gain experience managing multiple concurrent projects, and grow your ability to architect cost-effective, scalable AI systems that solve real-world problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering software, automation, AI, or integration projects
• Advanced JavaScript and JSON experience
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
• Experience building REST API integrations, authentication flows, OAuth, and webhooks
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models
• Experience with automation platforms including Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Lindy.ai, or comparable tools
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar)
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2)
• Availability to overlap several hours with US Pacific Time
