- • As an AI Engineer at 360Learning SAS, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s AI-driven learning platform by designing, developing, and deploying intelligent features that enhance user experience and scalability.
- • Day to day, you will build and optimize machine learning models for content recommendation, natural language processing, and predictive analytics; collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI capabilities into the Node.js and Vue.js stack; conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and ensure production readiness through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- • You will join a growing R&D team of 60+ engineers organized into 10 product squads, where innovation is driven by peer review, pair programming, and knowledge sharing in a culture that values technical excellence and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in MLOps, scalable AI systems, and full-stack integration while contributing to a platform serving 2.3M registered users and shaping the future of corporate learning technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- • Proven ability to design, train, and deploy ML models in production environments, particularly for NLP or recommendation systems
- • Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred) for full-stack integration
