📋 Description
- • Design and build AI-powered features, pipelines, and automation workflows from scratch across client environments
- • Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or similar) via API and SDK into production applications
- • Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and agent-based architectures using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma
- • Write clean, well-structured code across backend and API layers to support AI feature delivery and system integration
- • Evaluate, benchmark, and iterate on model outputs to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with product goals
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope requirements, define technical specifications, and architect scalable AI solutions
- • Stay current with advancements in the AI landscape and proactively introduce relevant tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- • Document technical designs, system behavior, deployment processes, and model performance metrics clearly and thoroughly
- • Work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal supervision and consistent delivery of high-quality outputs
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to coordinate with US and UK-based teams
- • Record a video as part of the mandatory application process; failure to do so disqualifies the application
- • Deploy and manage AI systems using cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- • Apply prompt engineering techniques and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI to enhance system functionality
- • Integrate third-party services and data sources through REST APIs to enable end-to-end AI workflows
- • Work within EST–PST time zones to align with client teams and maintain real-time collaboration
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
- • Hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or similar) via API and SDK
- • Practical experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.), and prompt engineering
- • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- • Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating third-party services and data sources
- • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal hand-holding
- • Must have prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
