- • AI Engineer at Everest, a company reshaping elite executive assistance for founders, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals by building agentic workflows powered by LLMs and hybrid systems.
- • Design and implement backend systems for agentic workflows, own core infrastructure like context memory and orchestration layers, and develop composable multimodal systems that process unstructured inputs (text, audio, video, images).
- • Optimize latency, reliability, and inference cost of multi-agent pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders to pressure-test real-world workflows, and help decide when to use LLMs versus traditional systems.
- • Develop and improve GraphRAG-based knowledge retrieval using Neo4j, integrate and orchestrate LLM calls for document processing, and contribute to a fast-moving, founder-led culture that values systems thinking and real authority.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, preferably in Go or similar systems languages.
- • Shipped agentic LLM systems to production (not prototypes or demos).
- • Built real-time systems, distributed async queues, or performance-critical services.
- • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, token budgeting, and context management.
- • Strong intuition for when to use AI—and when not to.
- • Experience with RAG, embedding stores, and vector DBs.
