📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end design, build, and scaling of AI systems that directly fuel Aios Medical’s hyper-growth. You will sit at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, shipping production-grade LLM applications that acquire, convert, and delight tens of thousands of patients every month.
• • Architect and maintain the core AI infrastructure that connects state-of-the-art large language models to our ClinicOS platform. This includes prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, cost/latency optimization, and bullet-proof fallback logic that keeps the system stable under 100× load spikes.
• • Create autonomous AI agents—voice, chat, and asynchronous—that engage prospective patients 24/7, answer clinical questions, capture leads, schedule consults, and follow up post-treatment. You will instrument every interaction with analytics so we know exactly which prompts, flows, and models move the conversion needle.
• • Automate high-impact clinical workflows: AI-driven image and document verification, prescription safety checks, insurance pre-authorization, and smart copilots that let our medical staff operate at super-human speed without sacrificing accuracy. You will build evaluation suites that continuously benchmark recall, precision, and hallucination rates.
• • Design and ship growth experiments weekly. Examples: dynamic landing pages generated by LLMs, personalized email/SMS nurture sequences, AI-driven ad-copy A/B tests, and real-time cohort analysis that tells us which creatives, channels, and messages drive the lowest CAC and highest LTV.
• • Instrument everything. You will set up dashboards that surface sign-up volume, funnel drop-off, model latency, token cost per patient, and NPS—then iterate ruthlessly. When a prompt drifts or a model degrades, you’ll know within minutes and deploy a fix before revenue is impacted.
• • Collaborate in a fully remote, async-first culture. Most work happens in Notion, Slack, and GitHub; we sync live until midday Pacific only when necessary. You will write crisp RFCs, record short Loom demos, and ship code behind feature flags multiple times per day.
• • Champion reliability and simplicity. You’ll choose boring technology that works, write minimal but test-covered code, and build graceful degradation paths so that if OpenAI or Anthropic hiccups, patients still get their meds on time.
• • Mentor future teammates. As one of the first four engineers, you will set coding standards, review PRs, and interview candidates. Your architectural decisions today will become the foundation on which 100 million patients are served by 2035.
