📋 Description

• As an AI Engineer – Marketing & GTM Systems, you will be responsible for absorbing manual workflows into AI systems that run themselves.
• You will ship working tools, weekly, that remove manual GTM work and make pipeline move faster.
• Your job will involve building AI-powered systems for lead sourcing, enrichment, campaign ops, content production, and reporting.
• You will work on building an outbound engine that includes lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and personalized sequencing, wired into our CRM.
• You will also work on building inbound & lifecycle flows, content pipeline, GTM data layer, and temporary fixes for GTM workflows.
• Your work will be evaluated based on the number of manual GTM workflows you remove per week and the measurable scope absorption.
• You will be required to ship fast with LLM APIs, have strong Python and/or TypeScript skills, and be comfortable with scraping, enrichment, and API integrations.
• You will also need to have hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, orchestration, and email infra.
• You will be self-directed and responsible for finding manual workflows, proposing fixes, and shipping them.
• You will report into Marketing/GTM leadership and work as a contractor with 25–40 hours/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Ship fast with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT) — prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG where useful
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript; comfortable with scraping, enrichment, and API integrations
• Hands-on with the modern GTM stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce-type), enrichment (Clay/Apollo-type), orchestration (n8n/Make/Zapier), email infra
