📋 Description

• • As an AI Agent Engineer at UP.Labs, you will design, implement, and deploy agentic AI workflows that orchestrate LLMs for multi-step reasoning, tool use, and decision-making in real-time tooling across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains, contributing to the launch of innovative mobility-focused startups.
• • You will build and maintain evaluation frameworks, integrate LLM agents with external tools and APIs, deploy systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), implement guardrails and observability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business rules into reliable agent behavior.
• • UP.Labs is a dynamic venture studio building high-growth technology startups from the ground up, focused on transforming the movement of people and goods through software and hardware ventures in mobility, working with corporate investors to launch and scale portfolio companies.
